We are now looking for a Site Manager and EHSQ Manager for our Hallam plant in Australia.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Provid a focused and informed advice on all operation related matters with different functions.
  • Lead the site in terms of, manufacturing output, inventory management, quality control, process improvement, maintenance, engineering.
  • Champion in living and driving our safety culture.
  • To work in a manner consistent with the mission, goals and strategies of Kemira.
  • Stand in for APAC sites such as Pasuruan, Wellgrow or Long Thanh.
  • Develop relationships with the community and the local authorities in a spirit of good citizenship.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production management or related fields.
  • 5-10 years experience in production management as plant, site manager, infrastructure, engineering .
  • Furthermore experience in production, EHSQ, PSM, materials management, quality, engineering or maintenance
  • Experience with ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental Systems, and ISO 45001
  • Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
  • Experience in dealing with hazardous materials and processes, with process safety management and risk management program regulations and parameters.
  • Formal qualifications in OHS – minimum of Certificate 4 in OH&S
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop people
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
