A South Australian family owned and operated company, Routleys supplies plumbing fixtures and kitchen white goods to the building industry, interior designers and home renovators.

Employing over 47 staff, Routleys concentrate on providing the best possible products, and advice given from experienced and qualified Interior Designers and Consultants.

The beautiful showroom and offices are in a prime location on Unley Road.

About the role


As the Customer Care Officer, you will liaise with all areas of the company, as well as provide outstanding after sales service to customers.

The primary focus of your role will be to make life better for the customer with simple solutions to resolve their problems and needs.

This position is being offered on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Duties

  • Liaise with builders and customers to resolve issues with products (warranty)
  • Process after sales issues with manufacturers under warranty
  • Follow up issues and reports
  • Data entry of orders

Skills & experience

  • Versatile professional with experience in customer service
  • Strong MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Ability to solve problems with an adaptive mindset
