About the Position

Join us as a Sales Coordinator, overseeing various administrative tasks and collaborating with the sales and leadership teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. As the main point of contact for managers and account management, you'll nurture lasting relationships using your strong organizational abilities to maintain seamless operations.

Engage confidently with sales professionals, participate in major team events, and seize numerous learning opportunities to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities Overview:
  • Provide administrative support to the National Sales Managers (NSM) and Account Management Team
  • Coordinate with NSM and Account Management for key business information gathering
  • Facilitate efficient management communications with the sales staff
  • Assist with customer service and sales inquiries escalation
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales for lead generation
  • Create dashboards and metrics for performance analysis
  • Contribute to team, processes, and procedures enhancement
Your Profile

We are seeking a proactive individual eager to develop exceptional organizational and administrative skills in a sales setting. A proficient communicator capable of providing empathetic resolutions even in critical situations. Previous experience in liaising with sales teams locally and globally is advantageous, along with strong written and verbal communication.
