MePACS is part of Peninsula Health and is a 24/7 personal alarm service that target multiple audience groups.

A key group are businesses who are looking to supply their staff with Lone Worker Duress alarms as part of their OH&S protocols.


What You Will Be Doing


MePACS have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Account Manager to join a leading Public Health provider of Personal Alarm Services for their Lone Worker Channel.

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage, maintain and develop our existing Business to Business Accounts in the Lone Worker Channel.

This exciting role will utlise your relationship building skills, your love of problem solving and your can-do attitude.

As a dynamic and energetic Account Manager you will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing management of the Lone Worker Channel Clients.

You will be their one point of contact to help ensure their MePACS experience exceeds their expectations.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Experience of account management and development of accounts.
  • Previous Experience in sales or customer service over the phone and face to face.
  • Strong presentation skills and facilitation
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic, positive and energetic personality
  • Drivers License with ability to travel, including interstate

Additional Requirements
