About the Role


As the Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Managing Director and work collaboratively with the JH Lever team to deliver a range of scent and taste formulations to their valued clients.


Duties

  • Daily planning and coordination of production to meet customer delivery requirements
  • Coordinate orders from sales entry to goods dispatch and invoicing
  • Manage purchasing, predict shortages, and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Develop and maintain operational reports
  • Comply with safe working practices
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and workplace safety

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role highly regarded (Operations, Manufacturing, Production Planning)
  • Analytical and strategic problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Commercial acumen and customerfocused approach to work
