Role Details:

  • Reports to: Customer Service Export Manager
  • Reports in: 0

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Primary function: Managing all tasks related to export order management
  • Export order entry
  • Customer and sales manager communication and order updates
  • Buyer profile and pricing list management, including reconciliations to ensure all products are listed and active
  • Backup of the freight and order finalisation processes for packaged and Bulk products
  • Contribution to the optimisation and maintenance of Accolade's ERP and export systems
  • Administrative support as required, including credit creation and reporting
  • Continuous improvements to reduce manual tasks and improve existing processes.

  • Attention to detail and developed data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy

  • Ability to multitask, effectively delegate and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional relationship building abilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in administrative related tasks

Experience

  • Previous experience in an export business, FMCG, supply chain or the wine / beverage industry would be well regarded
  • Experience in using JDE or similar ERP / CTRM system
  • Experience in a large corporate organisation with overseas offices and stakeholders would be desirable

Essential Qualifications:

Relevant vocational certificate / diploma or experience in administrative functions or supply chain or export
Bachelor of Business in some form is preferred

Physical and Other Requirements:

Some out of hours work and meetings may be required.
