**About the role**:

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Processing of customer orders from Purchase Order receipt through to documentation.
- Customer service and support during the order process and execution.
- Work closely with Export and Commercial teams to guarantee process accuracy and order execution on time to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Administration support with a focus on process and follow up.
- Process and coordinate bulk wine orders, including export approvals, bookings, product updates, invoicing and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate the sample order process, including stock transfers, shipping and documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and international freight providers to coordinate shipment and documents.
- Create and maintain department SOP’s.
- Participate in projects, process improvement and cross training within the export team.
- Use and maintenance of integrated systems to guarantee information accuracy (JDE and BSM).

**what you'll bring**:

- Attention to detail and data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative related tasks
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or data entry
- Experience in using JDE and export integrated systems
- Experience in a large corporate organisation with overseas offices and stakeholders would be desirable
- Previous experience in export and in the wine industry can be a differential
