We are currently seeking a passionate, customer service focused Store person to join our team based in our Eagle Farm Facility.

In this role, you will be part of a tight knit team and report directly to the Supply Chain Coordinator.

You will be responsible for providing logistics and warehousing support to the business.

Key responsibilities would include:

  • Storing, packing, receiving of products in accordance with Quality procedures and regulations.
  • Issuing parts and materials to work orders and requests.
  • Forklift operation to receive deliveries or send shipments.
  • Completion of appropriate paperwork, including data entry and use of company software/ systems.
  • Completing inventory audits and investigating discrepancies.
  • General administrative tasks and duties to ensure department efficiencies.
  • Housekeeping, all responsible areas to be kept clean and tidy.

The person we are looking for will have:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Additional tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics or experience in the field of logistics, shipping, warehouse or transportation would be an asset.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude.
  • Ability to carry out inherent physical requirements of the role.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under mínimal supervision or direction.
  • Strong creative problem solving, reasoning and decision making skills in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail with good computer skills
  • A keen focus on health and safety, productivity & throughput, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Forklift licence or ability to obtain would be an asset.
