Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in updating and amending fleet information within business systems.
- Ensure compliance with the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme.
- Support the registration and deregistration processes for vehicles and trailers.
- Assist with the management of Dangerous Goods registrations and amendments.
- Manage online accounts related to transportation services.
- Facilitate asset relocation processes.
- Process purchase orders and invoices as required.
- Coordinate the management of fuel cards.
- Assist in the management of compliance infringements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Outlook and Office 365.
- Previous experience in the transport and logistics sector.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
