The Role

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, experienced administrator with a background in scheduling and logistics.

This role is responsible for:

  • Ensuring maximum efficiency by keeping our technicians fully booked and on the go.
  • Liaising with our customers to schedule jobs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborating with Managers to maintain a positive team culture and high morale.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a trade or real estate related business.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and autonomously.
