About the role
Based in our Dandenong South office, you'll be part of a highly collaborative team environment and you'll have real opportunities for career progression into different parts of the business.
What can you expect?
- This isn't your average accounts payable role, a lot of the work is automated, as part of your role you will be helping us manage exceptions, and resolve branch and supplier account queries
- Ensure supplier invoices 3way match against the PO and liaise with the supplier/branch to resolve any processing exceptions
- Assign nonPO supplier invoices for approval by business units & costing and monitor the return to ensure timely payment
- Analyse supplier data for continuous improvement opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an accounts payable role along with strong MS Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging and professional manner
- Using your initiative to solve problems
- Strong attention to detail along with time management, planning & organisation skills
- Selfmotivated and results driven
