About the role...


You will be responsible for processing related data and resolving disputes for employee salary payments as per their designated queue responsibility.

You will also be responsible for checking and auditing master data updates via our HRSS / the SAP Payroll system.


To be successful, you will have a working knowledge of Australian legislation in relation to withholding taxation, payroll tax, superannuation and leave entitlements.

Understanding of all EPA's for all employing entitles.

  • Solid competency using HR/Payroll systems including the HR/PY module of SAP, Preceda, supported by strong MS Excel;
  • Understanding of procedures, processes used within the Rewards and Human Resources groups in relation to employee benefits and entitlements;
  • Experience & working knowledge of the Enterprise Agreements and Australian payroll legislation;
  • Ability to resolve employee salary disputes at a single point of contact;
  • Strong reconciliations ability relating to salary and leave payments, entitlements, and general ledger postings;
  • High level of customer service, attention to detail and interpersonal skills; &
  • Solid highvolume Australian Payroll experience in a similar role to date with strong experience with high volume inhouse systems;
