RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Sales Support & Payroll Analyst, you're responsible for efficiently managing payroll, commission calculations, and providing administrative support.

You play a crucial part in coordinating Coty's beauty advisor operations, including services such as fortnightly payroll, VIPS management, invoicing, recharges, and third-party agency interactions.

Additionally, you extend sales administration support to the Department Stores and Travel Retail team and assist the Payroll Manager ANZ as needed.


Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing Pay Asia fortnightly payroll from end to end for our Beauty Advisors and Travel Retail team. Be the first point of contact for employee's payroll queries. Create and maintain employee records, payment records, timesheets, and related information. Manage the time in attendance system (VIPs), including Sales, rostering, time records, etc. Support the National Field Sales Manager with monthly commission reporting. Partner with the Finance team to forecast Beauty Advisor budgets Support the Payroll Manager with ad hoc requirements, and provide admin support across HR, Sales and Finance.

The team consists of National Sales Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Finance, Human Resource and the Field teams.

Additionally, you will also have:
A minimum of 2 years payroll experience, preferably with Retail Award experience
Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel skills at an intermediate to high level.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
Strong level integrity, to ensure strict confidentiality and protection of sensitive employee data.
High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Proactive and positive approach to work and tasks
Ability to work under pressure and tenacity in managing change and complexity.
Excellent attention to detail and follow up.
