The Payroll Analyst responsible for processing related data and resolving disputes for employee salary payments as per their designated queue responsibility.

The Payroll Analyst responsible for accepting/auditing master data updates in the HRCentral which workflow to SAP Payroll system.


The Payroll Analyst needs a working knowledge of Australian legislation in relation to withholding taxation, payroll tax, superannuation and leave entitlements.

Please note this role will be for a 12 month fixed term contract.

What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Project payment remediation of salary and wages, superannuation and other entitlements
  • Ability to process accurate updates to the HRIS systems for employee changes such as new hires, contract changes and terminations
  • Competency using HRIS Systems including Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module of SAP and HRCentral (EC) is a must.
  • Ability to resolve an employee salary dispute at a single point of contact, being able to analyze, resolve and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to reconcile salary and leave payments and entitlements and general ledger postings
  • Intermediate excel skills
