Kmart is seeking a versatile and dynamic Enterprise Risk Reporting Analyst to play a vital role in safeguarding our business operations and supporting strategic decision-making. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our risk reporting systems and undertake risk analysis to help us manage risk within our business operations.

Reporting to the Risk & Resilience Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk reporting systems, strengthen risk analysis and provide innovative continuous improvement risk management solutions.

As an Enterprise Risk Reporting Analyst working for Kmart Group, you will:

• Manage and deliver risk reporting: Take ownership of risk reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance to support informed decision-making and align with overall business strategy. Utilise advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets by creating sophisticated reporting systems and integration across the team and business.
• Assist in day-to-day risk support: Manage requests for risk support from both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution. You will also support the delivery of Risk projects as and when necessary.
• Support GRC implementation: Lead the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives in Kmart Group and work closely with Wesfarmers to proactively implement system upgrades, enhancements and suggest improvements. Administer Power BI reporting capabilities in connection with the GRC to refine key metrics and reporting capabilities, collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Introduce automated systems: Implement automated systems for enhanced management of key risk areas such as periodic risk reviews, business continuity plans and key risk indicators. . Foster cross-functional integration to streamline risk reporting and ensure comprehensive coverage across all business areas.
• Establish strong networks: Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to promote a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation, including assisting with risk assessment and business continuity workshops.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Qualifications in fields such as, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Computer Sciences, or a related field ideally, accompanied by 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position.
• A solid understanding of quantitative techniques such as regression analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, or value-at-risk (VaR) modelling desired
• Experience with building reporting, dashboards and integration in GRC systems such as Archer or Protech. Must have strong skills and experience in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) in addition to a high proficiency in MS excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Experience leveraging technology to enhance risk management and related processes and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in project coordination or GRC / Risk System implementation across multiple functions and teams is highly regarded.
• Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards to monitor key risk metrics and performance indicators.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of risk reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Interest in advancing risk management skills with stakeholders, assisting with risk assessment and business continuity workshops.
