You'll be responsible for:

  • Reporting to the Head of Strategic Excellence, supporting the Risk and Compliance Division across a range of strategic, change and risk management activities to enable achievement of the Division's strategic plan.
  • Assisting in preparing materials and completing activities in support of the Division's risk management and compliance requirements, including documenting incident and issue management, performing Line 2 monitoring (risk workshops, risk, and compliance reporting), and maintaining business continuity planning processes.
  • Being a team member, driving deliverables in relation to the Division or Group's initiatives, including coordination of NFRM Pre-Assessment data and Community events.
  • Understanding and supporting the business to manage risk within defined risk appetite, articulating how different risks arise in the business and engaging openly with stakeholders.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with experience in management consulting or risk advisory in financial services organisation
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decisionmaking.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
