About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in our Operational Risk Team, you will play a key role in providing strategic support to the team, aligning reporting and analytic offerings with their needs. You will analyze business changes and framework developments, assessing their implications on Operational Risk and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Operational Risk team, aligning reporting and analytic offerings with their strategic and operational needs.
  • Analyze and understand business changes and framework developments, assessing their implications on Operational Risk and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to explore how data, analytics, automation, and AI can enhance Operational Risk capabilities.
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies or developing new insights.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements, assist in the preparation and review of management reports, and offer ongoing data and reporting support.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Operational Risk, Management Consulting, or similar within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders across data, risk, and the business.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Prior experience with risk management systems will be highly regarded.
