As one of the largest medical services providers in Australia, this organisation seeks multiple temporary Administration Assistant to help with a backlog of processing due to the Christmas / New Year period.
As part of a large administration support team, this role plays an important part to bring substantial operational efficiency to the business.
Your Role
***Reporting into the Administration / Billings Manager, your role will involve:
- Liaising and consulting with medical service professionals
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Updating client details on the system
- General Administration
- Customer Service
- Data entry of billing information
- Processing invoices
About You
***As an experienced administrator with some billings exposure, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to pick up systems quickly.
Exposure to working within the Health/Medical sectors is advantageous as medical terminology is regularly used. You will be available to commence immediately.
With a proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure, you will have your own transport and demonstrate a professional and friendly personality.
