About the Role

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling complex issues and providing high quality advice and practical solutions to clients
  • Actively participating in business development activities including regularly attending networking functions and preparation of highquality presentations or articles to existing and prospective clients
  • Continuously maintain an engaged client base
  • Collaborating with coworkers across various CCIWA Business Units
  • Demonstrating commitment to a safety focused culture and promotion of a safe workplace
  • Working towards achieving various financial targets

About you

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has 4+ years post admission experience as a lawyer and has an interest in employment law and industrial relations to work in our CBD office on a full-time basis.

You are a strong communicator with the ability to form engaged networks at all levels, possessing a collaborative and innovative mindset.

Above all, you have a strong belief in supporting WA businesses and making WA the best place to live and do business.


  • Tertiary qualification in Law
  • Ability to accurately interpret legislation, regulations, and rules
  • Able to handle complex issues and provide practical solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate
  • Current National Police Clearance
