BGIS is seeking a dedicated **Gym Attendant/Concierge **to join our team at **Paddington, NSW **. As a Gym Attendant/Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our gym members have a positive and memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet gym members and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Assist members with equipment setup, usage, and proper exercise techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized gym environment.
Answer inquiries and provide information about gym facilities, classes, and services.
Monitor gym activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
Assist in coordinating gym events and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service and address member concerns professionally.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service.

**Requirements**:
**Must be an Australian Citizen.**
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a gym or hospitality setting.
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
First Aid and CPR certification

**Shift Hours: 4 days at 0545-1345 and 1 day at 0545-1415**
