This exciting and unique medium-sized aged care facility in South Brisbane is in search of a Chef to lead and supervise their kitchen. With multiple kitchen hands and a dedicated Baker already on staff, we are looking for a highly experienced, reliable, and innovative Chef to take the reins of this specialized aged care setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Conduct and perform ordering duties, auditing, and other clerical work

ABOUT YOU

  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AGED CARE IS HIGHLY REGARDED
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a health care setting
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Understanding of waste management in a busy kitchen
  • Can independently operate a kitchen for all meals (except Breakfast)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
