About the Role:
- Provide holistic, safe, and quality care to our residents consistent with our Mission, Philosophy, and Values.
- Assist residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.
- Liaise with care staff, family members, doctors, and the management team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collate ACFI submissions and requirements and accreditation process in Aged care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and accreditation initiatives.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive 'people first' culture.
Requirements:
- Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse within an aged care environment.
- Experience in collation of ACFI submissions and requirements and accreditation process in Aged care.
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation.
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
