About the role


In this rewarding role you will be focussed on coordinating identified elements of the Children, Youth and Families Group Quality Management System with an emphasis on child protection.

Your responsibilities will be varied and numerous, however some of your key duties will include:

  • Implementing, supporting and maintaining the quality and compliance systems (including electronic systems) to ensure policies, processes and supporting documentation accurately reflect current legislative and organisational requirements;
  • Conducting selfassessments of services, evaluating data and generating reports;
  • Contributing to the facilitation of continuous improvement processes.

Indicative Total Remuneration:
$79,850 (plus significant salary sacrificing benefits + superannuation).

About you
With excellent communication skills, you are capable of liaising comfortably with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You have comprehensive knowledge of legislative and service requirements and effortlessly promote a culture of quality, child-centred service delivery and compliance.

To be suitable for this position, your qualifications and experience for the role will consist of:

  • Tertiary qualifications in quality and/or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience;
  • Demonstrated experience working in the area of quality and compliance;
  • Proven knowledge interpreting complex legislation and government guidelines and communicating the information to stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with coordinating and facilitating procedure development, selfassessment processes and continuous improvement;
  • Possess or has the ability to obtain a National Police Check, Blue Card (Working with Children) and a Licensed Care Services Check (LCS).
