As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in leading our front-of-house operations and ensuring that our guests have an amazing time with us.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Mentor a Team of Enthusiastic Team Members**: You'll be responsible for leading, supporting, and managing a large team of team members to deliver great burgers and an awesome customer experience.
- **Focus on Product Quality, Customer Experience, and Processes**: You'll focus on ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, that our customers receive an exceptional experience, and that our processes are efficient and effective.
- **Meet Sales Targets and Ensure Customer Satisfaction**: You'll work closely with your team to meet sales targets and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- **Coach and Develop Team Members**: You'll coach and develop your team members through workshops and online training, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
- **Maintain Compliance and Ensure Food Quality**: You'll ensure that our restaurants maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety, and that our customers receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
- **Assist with Business Financials**: You'll assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit and loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
**What We're Looking For**
- **Previous Leadership Experience**: You'll have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, such as a quick-service restaurant, hotel, bar, pub, cafe, or restaurant.
- **Proven Leadership and Coaching Ability**: You'll have a proven track record of leading and coaching teams to achieve exceptional results.
- **Customer-Focused Approach**: You'll have a customer-focused approach and be able to empower your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
