**The importance of this role**

The Service Assurance Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering administration support, ensuring prescribed processes are implemented in accordance with documentation and related compliance requirements.

Within this role you will be responsible for, however, not limited to:
- Producing reports and correspondence, including statutory and contract compliance reports;
- Providing advice and assistance in interpreting data and identifying trends;
- Monitoring and supporting the quality and continual improvement of data and information management systems;
- Drafting and implementing work instructions and standard operating procedures for the assigned functional area consistent with relevant frameworks and compliance requirements;
- Conducting audits to ensure adherence with compliance requirements and contract obligations.

You are efficient and able to demonstrate accuracy and a high attention to detail. Solid written and verbal communication skills, are a must.

You have the ability to listen to the needs of all stakeholders and operate with confidentiality and initiative. You are looking for a role that will enable you to contribute to a positive, supportive team culture in a busy and varied environment.

Ideally your experience and qualifications include:

- Diploma qualification in business, administration or equivalent capabilities derived from relevant experience;
- Knowledge of legislative compliance and quality assurance processes;
- Analytical skills and attention to technical proficiency (particularly with excel)
- Four years’ experience in a similar or transferrable role;
- Demonstrated experience in documentation review and/or compliance checks.
- Knowledge of social housing regulation is highly desirable.
