Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.

THE ROLE

As a Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Ordering and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • New Supplier and Contractor onboarding and database maintenance
  • Processing and issuing of requisitions and purchase orders
  • Undertaking E-Procurement and other purchases
  • Assisting with goods receipting of Purchase Orders using Pronto
  • Actioning Request for Quotation (RFQ) enquires
  • Supporting other procurement activities as required

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to process high volume administration tasks
  • Understanding of the general "Procure to Pay" process
  • Experience using Pronto system is highly desirable
  • Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook as a workflow tool
  • Ability to work with a large team of people across multiple departments
