We are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team. This is a full-time permanent position based at our CBD head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Vendor Onboarding and Database Management
  • Goods Receipting and Invoice Processing using Pronto
  • Vendor Invoice Queries and Financial Support
  • Requisition and Purchase Order Processing
  • E-Procurement and Other Purchases
  • Requests for Quotation (RFQ) Enquiries
  • Supporting Other Procurement Activities
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Procurement, Finance, or Accounts Payable
  • Ability to Process High-Volume Administration Tasks
  • Understanding of the General Procure-to-Pay Process
  • Experience with Pronto System (Desirable)
  • Ability to Maintain Quality and Attention to Detail in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Knowledge and Experience in Using Microsoft Outlook as a Workflow Tool
  • Ability to Work with a Large Team Across Multiple Departments
