- You will be using your proven service skills to demonstrate the value and benefit of our clients products and services.
- All successful applicants must complete a police check paid for by us prior to commencing with Acquire BPO.
- Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a service environment
- High attention to detail
- Motivated to deliver and achieve Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's)
- Dedication to excellence in customer service in a highpressure environment
- Able to navigate multiple systems and online tools
- Willingness to learn and maintain new skills
- Commitment to work on a rotating roster from 8.00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
- Flexible and positive work approach and attitude
