As a key member of the Client Experience team, the role focuses on leading and developing a team of high-performing Support Workers whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience at Nextt.
The Disability Services Manager, also known as the Client Experience Manager, plays a crucial role in the Client Experience Team.
The Manager ensures that Nextt Support Workers work closely with clients to help them get the most out of life.
They understand the value of having a Support Worker team around the client and coach and support the team to meet the needs, wants, and aspirations of clients.
This is a permanent full-time position that offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid manner to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
About You
- You possess exceptional people management skills, a serviceoriented mindset, and a resultsdriven approach to solving problems.
- Your expertise in achieving success for clients, combined with your ability to collaborate effectively with others, makes you a valuable asset.
- Prior experience in the disability sector, especially in high physical needs and complex care, would be highly valued.
- You are skilled at navigating various systems and proficient in adhering to established protocols.
