We have an exciting opportunity to join the Aged Care Residential Services team on a 36 month fixed term.

This is a full time position however part time contracted hours and job share will be considered favourably for the right applicant(s).


About the Roll and You


The Aged Care Services Regulatory reform project lead role has been established to identify and support the Aged Care Quality team respond to the regulatory changes affecting the Commonwealth Funded Aged Care programs of Monash Health.

The role has a key focus on analysing regulatory changes, identifying the potential implications, and supporting the Aged Care team to implement appropriate responses to reforms arising from the Aged Care Royal Commission, the new Aged Care Act, the new Aged Care Quality Standards and the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System.


The role will also support the Residential Aged Care new build project team and its commissioning of its new residential aged care facility due for completion April 2025.


Reporting to the General Manager of Residential Care this position will be an integral member of the Aged Care Quality team.
