About the Reform Team
The Reform Team is a collaborative, high performing team that was established to facilitate delivery Monash Health's mental health reform agenda.
The team plays a key role in ensuring robust project governance, driving initiatives and building improvement capability related to mental health reform.
The team draws on a variety of improvement, project and change management methodologies and engages stakeholders at all levels to lead change and respectfully challenge the status quo.
About The Role
About You
What You Need
- Experience working in healthcare industry and/or healthcare consulting or advisory roles with demonstrated success in leading practice improvement initiatives
- Data and digital literacy skills
- Certification in improvement science/ redesign is desirable
- Project management and/or change management certification is desirable
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Australian working rights
