As Manager EVP and Employer branding you will design, refine, refresh and communicate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and drive optimal position of the Qantas Group (and its operating subsidiaries) Employer brand in the external talent market.

You will partner with key stakeholders and leverage your marketing expertise to generate content across the employee-lifecycle for multiple channels (including social media, digital engagement and target events), to attract, engage and retain talent.

You will lead the delivery and management of the Qantas Group onshore employee referral program and provide recommendations and thought leadership more broadly to ensure best practice employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies are implemented across the Qantas Group.


What you'll bring to the role:

  • Extensive professional experience in marketing and communications, including digital marketing
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Digital Marketing, Communications or Businessrelated field
  • Proven knowledge of EVP, employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and advisory skills and the ability to influence outcomes using expertise, talent market insights and emerging market trends
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver results within in a complex business environment with many interdependencies, governance and varying stakeholder expectations and needs
  • A proactive, collaborative and innovative approach to delivering quality marketing material across multiple channels
  • Strong team player, with an interest in supporting and developing others
