  • An independently run boutique agency that is proud to offer a contemporary, tailored approach to real estate is seeking a talented and motivated Property Manager to join the team for 36 months and help them continue to provide exceptional service to their clients._

The role:

  • Looking after a portfolio of 250 properties
  • Liaising with Landlords and tenants
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspection
  • Must have a minimum 2 years property management experience
  • Hold a current Certificate of Registration
  • Must have a clean drivers' licence and reliable car
  • Knowledge of PropertyMe preferrable
  • Strong knowledge of the Act
