About the role


You will manage the design and development of a suite of programs including online learning programs, pathway programs, micro-credentials, short courses, industry training and innovation programs.

You will also work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and design products to meet University and industry needs.


You will:
- manage a small learning design and learning technology team;
- plan and manage projects to design and develop new courses, short courses and training programs in response to University and industry demand; and
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide curriculum which matches the needs of the client's learning and development strategies.

About you


You will have demonstrated success and experience implementing programs including online learning programs, pathway programs, short courses, industry training and innovation programs.


You will possess:
- organisational and administrative abilities necessary for the rapid best-practice design and development, coordination and administration of programs or courses;
- excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills;
- knowledge and understanding of the needs, including learning needs, of a diverse range of students; and
- ability to manage a small team and to establish, maintain and foster collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
