As we now head into our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Credit Control Officer to oversee the collection of our accounts, while still maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your day to day will include:

  • Make outbound calls to debtors to resolve account management and payment issues
  • Amending and issuing invoices
  • Arrange and process overdue payments
  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner
  • Maintain and build relationships
  • Ability to handle conflict
  • Improve process where needed
  • You have exposure to lots of systems and tech, multiple screens, webbased phone systems, use of several different CRMs etc (Jobadder, Astute and/or Sales Force experience would be advantageous to the role)

About You

  • Must have prior experience within Credit Control (B2B preferred)
  • Driven by results and you thrive on obtaining goals and targets
  • Proactive attitude toward debt collection
  • Solution focused approach to issues
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
  • Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • You enjoying working as part of a team, and stepping outside the PD
