Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the Project Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS)
  • Receive and record technical documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors
  • Transmit project drawings and documents
  • Maintain an EDRMS that supports efficient information management
  • Plan and supervise document flow to and from all necessary parties
  • Maintain a central project control system, covering project team, client, vendor, and third-party documentation
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering or construction environment
  • Knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols, and electronic document management systems
  • Proficient in the use of Teambinder (InEight)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills
