We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail assets in Brisbane CBD. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide necessary support
  • Assess and respond to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

**Requirements**

  • Current Security Licence - Crowd Control is required for this position
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
