Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous responses to clients, lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents.
- Assist with incoming documents, ensuring they are accurately logged and filed.
- Assist in compiling loan applications, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is collected and organised.
- Work closely with clients to gather required information and explain the application process.
- Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Address any discrepancies or missing information in a timely manner.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a neat and organised office environment.
- Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable for clients and staff.
