national leader in freight management who are are currently seeking an

Internal Account Manager to join their team. This person will drive customer satisfaction while retaining and growing their existing client base.


As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and implementing strategies to maximize client expenditure.

If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of the transport and logistics industry, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent service from day one.
  • Stay uptodate with industry knowledge, competitors, and our business offerings to provide informed solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and update jobrelated information in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions.
  • Exceptional customer focus, communication, and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Calm and assertive approach when under pressure, with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle escalations effectively.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resultsdriven activity.
  • Accurate data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a fast pace.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience within customer service and administration based roles
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Polite and friendly manner when interacting with suppliers and clients.
  • Advanced computer skills.
