About the Role
As the Program Manager you will report to Head of Transformation Office/Governance Lead

Your main functions will be:

  • Develop and implement resource management processes to ensure full visibility of demand v supply and entry and exits in line with partner agreements (SoWs) and program demands.
  • Prepare and publish resource management reporting including capacity plan, resource schedules and adherence to budget, SoW risks etc.
  • Work with streams to allocate and appropriately utilise resources.
  • Hold regular resourcing reviews including adherence to budget, utilisation rates, expected demands and any identified risks.
  • Work closely with Program, Stream and Finance leads in a partnership capacity.
  • Act as the conduit between the program and required onboarding/offboarding activities ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding experiences.

About You

  • Minimum 35 years in a similar Resource management role in complex program
  • Hands on experience in programs >$100m
  • Experience with program/project management life cycle, methodologies, and governance processes
  • Experience working on a complex Program and fast paced environment
  • Project Management Foundation Certification (Prince 2, PMBOK) desirable
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • Advanced excel, PPM and modelling skills
  • Experience working autonomously with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in complex program financial management
