This role is an intial 6-month initial contract rolw within a long-term project with scope for extension. The organisation understand employees desires for hybrid working environments so have instilled hybrid WFH conditions.About the Role
As the Program Manager you will report to Head of Transformation Office/Governance Lead
Your main functions will be:
- Develop and implement resource management processes to ensure full visibility of demand v supply and entry and exits in line with partner agreements (SoWs) and program demands.
- Prepare and publish resource management reporting including capacity plan, resource schedules and adherence to budget, SoW risks etc.
- Work with streams to allocate and appropriately utilise resources.
- Hold regular resourcing reviews including adherence to budget, utilisation rates, expected demands and any identified risks.
- Work closely with Program, Stream and Finance leads in a partnership capacity.
- Act as the conduit between the program and required onboarding/offboarding activities ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding experiences.
About You
- Minimum 35 years in a similar Resource management role in complex program
- Hands on experience in programs >$100m
- Experience with program/project management life cycle, methodologies, and governance processes
- Experience working on a complex Program and fast paced environment
- Project Management Foundation Certification (Prince 2, PMBOK) desirable
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced excel, PPM and modelling skills
- Experience working autonomously with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in complex program financial management
