About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to drive a large and complex program of work, requiring extensive stakeholder management throughout all levels of the organization.

This role is essential in shaping and implementing a roadmap for the wider business, working with and across technology teams and executive level stakeholders, with a focus on delivery of significant initiatives and improvements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in working with a team of project managers, each owning different domains and tech streams, within a matrix structure.

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels, both upwards and downwards.
  • Collaborating closely with key executives to understand and align with the business needs.
  • Coordinating with various project managers handling internal systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Engaging and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
  • Overseeing technical roadmap development and maintaining a clear timeline of roadmap activities, their dependencies, and resourcing requirements.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, particularly within an educational context.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager in large and/or complex organizations or settings.
  • Experience in managing a complex transformation and both business and technology-driven programs of work.
  • Strong program management skills with a proven track record of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders, and influencing skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the student journey lifecycles.
