We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager to join our team at CRMIT Solutions, a leading CRM Solutions Provider. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new talent for our Salesforce Analytics and MuleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and optimize resource allocation across various projects.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Resource Management:
  • Monitor and manage the allocation of resources across projects to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive resource database and track resource availability and utilization.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and effective assignment of resources.
  • Identify and address resource gaps and potential conflicts to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and resource management, preferably in IT.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and resource management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using HR and resource management software/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 5+ Years of experience.
