Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and optimize resource allocation across various projects.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring plans.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and manage the allocation of resources across projects to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a comprehensive resource database and track resource availability and utilization.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and effective assignment of resources.
- Identify and address resource gaps and potential conflicts to ensure project timelines are met.
- Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and resource management, preferably in IT.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and resource management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using HR and resource management software/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience.
