The role of Creative Project Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to leverage your dialled project management skills to further shape, elevate, and drive the next phase of commercial growth for Tennis Australia (TA) and our event properties like the Australian Open - one of only four Grand Slams in the world that is enjoyed by more than 2 billion fans globally.


This role is a foundational piece of the Commercial Solutions business unit - a creative studio that exists to deliver innovative and strategic projects that drive commercial success.


The Creative Project Coordinator is the conduit between our team of creatives and the rest of the business - incl.

Partnerships, Media Rights/Audience, Product (inclusive of Premium Experiences & Retail/Licensing), and beyond.

About the role

  • Commercial Solutions Manager_
- , in this role you will:_

  • Traffic Management: Ownership of all inbound briefs and open projects, responsible for resource management and delegation, taking and interpreting briefs, internal and external stakeholder management, process optimisation and more
  • Support Revenue Generation:
  • Drive the development of Assets required to reach revenue targets from new and existing Partnerships / Sponsorship
  • Work with broader teams to develop projects and proposals
  • Brief extraction, Production Management and gathering Brand & Market Intel
  • Support all aspect of the projects, including research, content mapping, frameworking, and supporting pitches.
About you

  • What you will bring to the role:_
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in marketing, creative or event industries (agency experience preferred but not needed)
  • Creative problem solving & out of the box thinking showing in an ability to see opportunities in game changing processes
  • Experience in developing collateral used for Business Development purposes
  • Proactive project management skills staying one step ahead on all task, never missing a step, keeping continual sight of the end goal
  • Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
