An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sourcing Coordinator to join a dynamic team at Brandbank.

The Sourcing Coordinator will assist in driving Sourcing and Sustainability initiatives across all Brandbank brands. This role will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining comprehensive Supplier records, Supplier Manuals, and Processes throughout the Brandbank organisation.

THE ROLE:

  • Collaborate with Production and Design teams, follow up on projects, track progress, and keep meticulous records.
  • Gather and update essential data, ensuring our Supplier Master database is current and comprehensive.
  • Assist in analysing supplier performance and maintaining supplier onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, including signed policies, certificates of compliance, audit reports, and corrective action reports.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date, approved, signed, and dated.
  • Periodically update and issue Brandbank's Supplier Manuals, keeping all compliance records current.
  • On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Production or similar role within an apparel/accessories business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word at an intermediate level.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and apply common sense to solve problems.
  • Capable of building rapport and working collaboratively with various teams.
  • Creative thinking with the confidence to present new ideas and solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills for data gathering, tracking, and performance analysis.
