Job Summary

This role reports to the VM Production Manager and is responsible for coordinating and supporting the production and administration requirements for the Visual Merchandising team. Specifically, the role will be responsible for supporting with the quotation and production requirements for windows, instore imagery, graphics, internal signage, digital screen content and packaging requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage print and window production, ensuring all graphic and promotional collateral is delivered on time
  • Manage costs and budgets related to VM collateral, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collate and brief all promotional signage requirements, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Support the supply, delivery, and installation of all propping to meet required deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate the distribution of refurbishment of mannequins, liaising with suppliers and field VM teams on a continuous basis
  • Assist with sourcing of new ideas, technology, references and props for seasonal promotions, staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Implement and adhere to WHS policies and procedures, safe work practices within the VM area, ensuring a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Prior experience having worked in a Visual Merchandising or print production role, having shaped creative direction and support or led store execution
  • Strong fashion knowledge and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design
  • Experience in using Adobe suite, particularly InDesign and SketchUp, with proficiency in design software
  • Previous retail experience or knowledge, with an understanding of the retail industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen, with the ability to balance trend/fashion inspiration with commercial return
