Your Team
Sitting within our largest division the Client Operations team is responsible for looking after the day-to-day interactions with our clients, advisers, investors, and employers. You will play a crucial role in our dedication to data-based decision-making and will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering best practices in business reporting.

Using your subject matter expertise, you will develop and deliver comprehensive reporting that leverages best-in-class standards for Client Operations. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and reflective reasoning to deliver best in class business reporting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and to maintain data accuracy and consistency
  • Work closely with business units to understand their reporting requirements and communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of reporting practices, data sources, and report specifications.

Your Capability and Experience

  • Proven experience in data interrogation, product knowledge, and technical superannuation expertise.
  • Versed experience in data analytics, reporting, and strategy development, i
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong Access Database and Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of data warehousing and SQL.
