Our eCommerce Strategy team is now seeking a Strategy Business Partner to join their team.

About the role:
As our Strategy Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with our executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that maximises our online presence, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
Reporting to the Strategy Manager, you will build and develop a strategy to drive the success of our digital products and eCommerce operations.
You will:
- Partner with a variety of stakeholder groups such as Digital Leadership Team, Group Strategy Team, Finance, Operations, Technology and Commercial teams
- Provide factbased insight to assist the development and delivery of key business strategies related to digital retail
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business as strategic thought partners and drivers of execution against strategic initiatives
- Make a positive contribution to the development of Coles' eCommerce Strategy
- Support the development and execution of project plans to deliver against the strategic priorities of the business
You have:
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, product strategy or retail strategy
- Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving (e.g., hypothesisbased problem solving)
- Ability to develop financial models and strategic frameworks
- Experience working with crossfunctional stakeholder groups
- Experience working in a highperforma nce team environment
- Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports
