We work HARD but we sure know how to have FUNWhat is the role?Reporting into our Chief People Officer, the role of Head of People & Culture will manage the entire P&C function which includes L&D, Engagement, Safety, Payroll, Talent + our core People & Culture team.

The role will see you driving existing strategy but give you ample opportunity to develop & implement your own goals, strategy and objectives for the team each year.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

Develop & establish the overall direction and goals for P&C across Australia & NZEnsure timely delivery of P&C annual goals and cycleDevelopment of P&C strategies & goals globallyProvide high level leadership & coaching to the P&C teamWork closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide support & reportingWho are you?Senior HR leader with proven experience ideally in a large, multi-site business (retail, hospitality, entertainment etc.)Able to effectively manage in a FAST-paced business.
