As the Marketing Insights Analyst, you are responsible for facilitating optimisation of marketing activity and audience channel paths to consistently improve revenue outcomes for marketing activity in-market.

This role will be expected to analyse customer behaviours across all channels, in real time as activities return results.

The aim is to identify and recommend how broader teams deliver the most appropriate message in the channel that will drive the highest yield or most bookings through the most efficient path to conversion.

Generate insights from customer activity to improve marketing activity in line with the overarching business strategy and audience design path.


You'll have:

  • At least 3 years in media/marketing analysis roles
  • Tertiary degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Computing or related analytical field
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience with marketing tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Adobe Campaign or similar
  • Experience visualising and communicating complex data to nontechnical audiences
  • Experience working and collaborating in a large, multitalented team
  • Capable of managing and prioritising a number of competing tasks for different departments
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
