Together we can deliver an exemplary experience for our stakeholders and the Group Do work that matters The Comm Sec Data and Insights Centre of Excellence (COE) is a central Data and Analytics function under the Pace model that supports the delivery of Data and Analytics offerings and services at Pace.

The COE's mission is to provide trusted data, capabilities, and actionable insights in partnership with our stakeholders to drive customer experience, empower decision making and safeguard our data.

See yourself in our team We are the Insights and Decision Science Chapter within the COE that is responsible for Comm Sec's Insights and Analytics functions.

We support the strategic decision-making process of the business by way of regular reporting, providing insights and help inform business decisions through data.

We are also responsible for providing integrated online and offline behavioural insights, building analytics frameworks that help assess and drive customer engagement and building advanced analytics solutions and tools to help Comm Sec optimise its resources, improve its processes, and minimise risk.

In this role You will be working in the Acquire to Active (ATA) squad within the Engagement and Personalisation (E&P) COE, the Comm Sec Personalised Marketing Centre of Excellence.

This includes working with the E&P COE to provide marketing campaign data to help drive both acquisition and activation of our customers, complete post campaign analysis and deep dives.

This will be an 18 month maximum term contract opportunity.

Other responsibilities will include Design, prepare and build dataset that delivers targeted customer details and key data points for remediation campaigns through SQL, Alteryx and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Support wide range of internal stakeholders with timely and accurate data and insights for campaigns Manage and support any ongoing campaigns and perform quality assurance checks on colleague campaigns Lead continuous improvement initiatives across both operational and performance aspect.

As a self-starter with good organisational skills and excellent communication skills, some of the key traits/experience we are after are as follows: Good experience in the financial services industry with experience in the stockbroking industry advantageous Commercially astute, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent SQL preferably Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Excel, and Alteryx skills and demonstrated ability to work with large and complex data sets Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple activities (BAU, projects and initiatives) against competing priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders Working with us We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our Sydney office.
